PRIVATE FUND CUSTOMER CHARTER
- Approving personal financing applications within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application.
- Give an initial response to all complaints within 7 working days.
RISDA FINANCING FUND CUSTOMER CHARTER
- Approving housing financing applications within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the complete application.
- Approving vehicle and computer financing applications within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complete applications.
- Sending the mortgage document to the chairman & director general of RISDA for signature within 30 to 90 working days from the date of receipt of the complete mortgage document.
- Making payment to the developer/supplier within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents and claims from the developer.
- Issuing the housing financing balance statement before the end of April every year.
- Giving an initial response to all complaints within 7 working days.
FACTORING CUSTOMER CHARTER
- Granting approval of PRB factoring financing within 14 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
- Making payments to suppliers within 7 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents.
- Refunding the balance to customers within 7 working days from the date the cheque is cleared/cashed in and the cheque being received from the paymaster.
- Giving an initial response to all complaints within 7 working days.
