Welcome to the Permodalan RISDA Berhad <\/strong>(PRB) Website, one of the companies under the RISDA Holdings Sdn Bhd Group.<\/p>

Our primary business activities of PRB include:<\/p>

- Factoring Financing<\/p>

- Financing for RISDA staff<\/p>

- Personal Financing for all staff of RISDA and RISDA Holdings Group.<\/p>

- Fund Management of Fund Owned by RISDA<\/p>

- ICT Equipment Leasing and Supply.<\/p>

- Data Centre Services.<\/p>

  1. PRB offers factoring financing facilities to companies that secure contracts from the government and GLCs related to supply and services. However, the Board of Directors has also approved financing for construction-related contracts, subject to stricter screening and standard operating procedures. To date, PRB\u2019s factoring financing has assisted numerous companies, especially Bumiputera companies, in executing contracts received from the government and GLCs , whether through working capital financing or post-financing. Many companies have benefited from PRB\u2019s factoring financing services.<\/li>
  2. Additionally, PRB ensures that financing services for housing, vehicles, and computers are provided to RISDA employees\u2014the internal and primary customers of PRB. Through periodic road shows, PRB remains committed to offering advice and guidance to RISDA employees seeking financing. PRB also provides personal financing to RISDA employees and the RISDA Holdings Group at reasonable interest rates.<\/li>
  3. Fund Management\u00a0has been a business conducted by PRB since its inception and it continues to contribute significant income to PRB. PRB will ensure that RISDA\u2019s funds are always managed professionally and securely, and are capable of providing good returns to RISDA<\/li><\/ol>
    1. Starting in 2022, PRB took a forward step by diversifying its business activities. This move aims to enhance consistent future revenue by supplying computers and ICT equipment to RISDA and the RISDA Holdings Group (KRH), both through leasing and direct purchases. PRB, via its subsidiary PRB Grid Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd, was appointed by RISDA to fulfill all computer and ICT equipment requirements for RISDA and KRH. This new business segment is poised to strengthen PRB\u2019s overall operations and drive long-term revenue growth. PRB remains committed to providing top-quality services that meet the computing and ICT needs of RISDA and KRH employees.<\/li>
    2. In 2024, PRB expanded its operations to include a data center in Cyberjaya. The data center services offered by PRB are expected to generate additional revenue and enhance shareholder value. The focus of these services will be on serving RISDA, KRH, and agencies under KKDW. PRB anticipates that its subsidiary, PRB Grid Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd, will continue to thrive as the demand for these services grows in the market.<\/li>
    3. With a spirit of professionalism and unwavering commitment from all PRB staff, along with strong support from our shareholder, RISDA Holdings Sdn Bhd, and the PRB Board of Directors, we at PRB are confident in carrying out our entrusted responsibilities diligently. Our aim is to ensure the company\u2019s continuous growth and future success. Additionally, RISDA consistently supports the business activities undertaken by PRB. In line with our new strategic direction, PRB must remain dynamic and focused on our operations, striving to become a successful and outstanding member of the RISDA Holdings Group. We will continue to strengthen our existing business activities while actively seeking new business opportunities. Embracing the principles of the Blue Ocean Strategy will guide us toward achieving these goals. Through the business activities carried out, PRB will ensure that customers and stakeholders\/shareholders receive the best services and benefits<\/li><\/ol>
